Dr. Kramer performed a total knee replacement two years ago. The surgery went very well. Dr. Kramer has a beautiful bedside manner; he has a very gentle and relaxed way of explaining how the procedure gets done and after the surgery stops by to make sure everything is ok. All follow up visits are fast, but he shows you what has done and what to expect.

The entire staff was great at discussing and explaining the whole surgical process; they never made me feel like I was being rushed through my appointments. I am very happy with Katie and my overall experience.

Dr. Collard is one of a kind. He is thorough in his explanations, has an excellent bedside manner, and doesn't make you feel rushed. I have recommended him to multiple family members. We have seen him more than our primary care physicians over the years.
