Andrea was wonderful. She knew I was afraid to get the steroid shot in my knee, so she kept talking and did it quickly. She was very gentle compared to what I had in the past. She was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable.

I was mistakenly left off the schedule this morning, but the ladies at the front were super nice about it. I was almost in tears as it was my birthday, and I got up early and changed plans for the appointment. I didn’t tell the staff because I didn’t want them to feel bad, but they quickly fit me in, and I was out within two hours, even with x-rays and a cortisone shot. Katie was very attentive and explained my options thoroughly. Everybody I interacted with was very kind and knowledgeable.

The experience exceeded my expectations. Dr. Feinstein was thorough during the initial visit. He was friendly and explained what was expected during surgery and post-op. I also needed an unexpected follow up for complications and was able to see the nurse practitioner. She was also pleasant and easy to talk to. I would recommend them to anyone in need of an orthopedist.

Bethanie was very thorough and answered all of my questions. We agreed that conservative care was the course to pursue my problem, so we started with physical therapy and medication. She gave me pictures of my x-rays that I could take with me so the therapist could more effectively treat me. I would not hesitate to recommend Bethanie to anyone.
